Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales pro to drive the commercial business, retain customers, and grow profits. You will partner with the GM to coach team members, supervise daily tasks, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Main responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, meeting store goals, and managing stocking programs. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with customer fulfillment experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise daily tasks and coach team members with the GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stock levels.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
