Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Darby, Delaware, is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to maintain customer relationships and drive sales. The successful candidate will have expert automotive knowledge, strong sales abilities, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising team members, dispatching drivers, and ensuring timely delivery. This is a full-time position with opportunities for sales commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
