Job summary

Anton Cabinetry is seeking an experienced on-site crew lead to lay out, fit, and install customized cabinetry and millwork according to architectural drawings. You will supervise a crew on multiple job sites, coordinate with superintendents and project managers, and ensure work aligns with company standards and safety procedures.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing precise measurements, and lifting up to 150 pounds while maintaining quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Willingness/ ability to travel out of town frequently , as assignments require.
• Good clerical skills - Able to read, write and organize Company paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to read blueprint-type drawings and/or layout, shop drawings and construction drawings for customized casework or millwork.
• Accuracy and efficiency in laying out and fitting casework and millwork without the need for touch up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the layout, fitting and installation of cabinetry and millwork per architectural drawings for each job.
• Work as liaison with jobsite superintendent, project manager and team to complete projects to standards.
• Submit team member time cards, daily progress reports and field changes orders per policy.
• Verify information on installation package drawings and shipping lists.
• Attend contractor meetings to report issues and progress as required by contract.
• Ensure all Anton Cabinetry safety procedures are followed.
