Qualifications

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Active Illinois bar license.
• Experience handling matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent individuals, business entities, and large credit grantors in complex commercial litigation.
• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to trial and appeals.
• Provide strategic pre-litigation counseling and risk assessment to minimize exposure.
• Draft, review, and negotiate litigation-related documents (demand letters, settlements, and consent judgments).
