As a core member of our Texas Business/Commercial and Securities Litigation team, you will support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, securities-related arbitration (FINRA) and litigation, mediation, and court and arbitration proceedings.
Key responsibilities:
Experience: Solid prior paralegal experience in a commercial litigation environment within the state of Texas. Experience with securities litigation or FINRA arbitration is a major plus but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
Education: A degree or a certificate of completion from a recognized paralegal training program is preferred (certification is not required).
Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational prowess, and polished communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard legal tech stacks, document management systems, e-discovery platforms, and the MS Office Suite.
