Our client, a prestigious commercial law firm, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead complex commercial disputes in Randburg, Gauteng. You will handle contract, property and corporate litigation, supervise junior lawyers, and drive dispute resolution strategies with strong advocacy and drafting skills.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 6–8 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
Proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes.
Strong advocacy skills, drafting, and client management.

Aufgaben

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Lead discovery processes, including document review and examinations.
Negotiate settlements and advise clients on litigation strategy.
Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal support staff.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and case law.
Contribute to business development efforts for the litigation department.
