Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Very strong writer with experience in oral argument.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Substantial experience in handling all aspects of litigation including depositions, motion practice, pleadings, discovery, complex briefing, and client reports.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work well on a team.

Responsabilités

• Handle depositions and defend them.
• Argue motions and present oral argument in federal and state court.
• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, and complex briefing.
• Conduct fact investigations and legal researching.
• Brief and defend complex issues and provide client reports.
