• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Proven track record managing litigation from inception to resolution.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies and case management.
• Represent the firm and clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends affecting commercial litigation.
• Provide legal advice to clients on litigation-related matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.
