Qualifications

• At least 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar in Good Standing.
• Strong research and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions; federal and state court exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on advocacy and strategy.
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce persuasive briefs and motions.
• Take and defend depositions in state and federal court, contributing to case development.

You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels.

The Miami office itself features a diverse group of attorneys, many of whom are fluent in Spanish and other languages, practicing in areas such as litigation, estate planning, taxation, healthcare, real estate, corporate and securities, infrastructure, and more. We Know You

You have at least 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience, and you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You enjoy legal research and persuasive writing. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions and, preferably, have experience in both federal and state court litigation. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Florida Bar (in Good Standing).
