Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on commercial property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Track record of managing a profitable book of business.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the build environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the referral underwriter for complex submissions.
• Bring underwriting discipline to the design of the product.
• Partner with the CUO and Head of Commercial Lines.

Skills

Commercial property and casualty underwriting experience

Strong working knowledge of commercial forms

Demonstrated underwriting judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Economics
