Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE (U.S. Eastern and Central Time Zones)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Conduct client meetings to review policies, coverage options, and risk management needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters and carriers to facilitate smooth policy negotiations, ensure accurate underwriting, and secure competitive terms for clients.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Assist with new business opportunities and cross-selling additional coverage.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, specifically working with hospitality, nonprofit, and construction accounts.
  • 2-20 Property & Casualty License
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Salary
