Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or banking or equivalent.
• 10+ years banking experience with 5 years in commercial lending.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Commercial Lenders for relationship mgmt and new business.
• Underwrite credits and approve credits within authority.
• Develop client relationships and cross-sell financial products.
• Mentor staff and oversee sales and relationship mgmt techniques.
• Monitor risk and negotiate terms to maximize return.
