Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, engages, and develops new markets and expand lending opportunities.
• Builds relationships, working within bank policies to offer flexible financial solutions including business loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, deposits, and other business products.
• Gathers vital business, financial, and personal background information from potential borrowers.
• Reviews loan requests, credit history, and financial statements to determine whether proposed applications meet lending criteria.
• Prepares proposed credit memos, including recommendations for loan pricing and terms, and seeks concurrence from credit approving officer.
• Monitors loan portfolio, communicating with borrowers to ensure required exhibits are received timely.
• Maintains credit quality within bank standards and surfaces risk issues.
