Job summary

BritePros Medical Staffing is looking to fill a Commercial Lender role based in Baltimore, MD. The position offers a salary of up to $140K plus bonuses, with an excellent benefits package.

The successful candidate will manage commercial loan accounts, solicit new business, and provide services related to C&I and CRE loans. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance and at least seven years of relevant experience. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of direct lending or credit support experience.
• Experience generating CRE & C&I loans of between $12MM and $15MM in annual production.
• Strong analytical skills with effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial loan accounts for profitability.
• Solicit commercial clients through prospecting and networking.
• Collect and analyze information on customer creditworthiness.
