• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Legal Studies or related field.
• 15 years of project management, contract drafting & negotiation, construction claims resolution or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides commercial support on resolving project issues, including application of contract provisions and recommendations for strategies and solutions.
• Reviews correspondence with project team and owner to develop responses.
• Oversees project team review of submittal responses and coordinates project communication.
• Assists in resolution of potential change orders, dispute resolution, and provides claims support.
• Performs administrative audits and identifies noncompliance and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentors and trains project team on contract interpretation and policy application.
