Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment technicians to join a long‑standing service leader.

This role emphasizes field service across the Southeast, diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with commercial cooking equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills; work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work on-call.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10+ years’ experience in:
• Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
• Commercial HVAC(split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.)
• Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units and hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
