Overview

100% remote, work-from-home job opening for an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Working in a fast paced team that’s high touch and high transaction with small to medium sized clients, your focus will be to stay ahead of all service needs, working A-to-Z from the early stages of the quoting and marketing process to binders, summaries, billing, and policy administration. You will have support from account coordinators.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily service delivery and policy management; field questions from clients regarding coverage, billing/invoicing, endorsements, etc.
  • Work closely with insurance companies on quotes, pricing, and renewal timelines
Skills & Experience
  • At least three (3) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a lead account management role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as ImageRight and an agency management system
  • Broad proficiency with P&C package policies like general liability, property, auto, workers compensation, and professional liability
  • Active state insurance license
Job Specs

Location: 100% remote, work-from-home basis. Pacific Standard Time working hours are required.
