About the Role

100% remote insurance job opening as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager with one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in the Southeast. The company is committed to setting a standard of excellence and client service which often starts through the relationships forged by the client service staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with producers and marketers to manage insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues.
  • Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more.

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience.
  • Active state insurance license.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • All-lines coverage knowledge for small and mid-sized business accounts.
