Roscoe Brown, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in the Murfreesboro area.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience servicing rooftop units up to 50 tons, VRF systems, boilers, chillers.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units up to 50 tons, mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and replacement recommendations.
• Complete work orders, service documentation, and equipment records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
• Mentor apprentices and fellow technicians as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.
