Perfection Group is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Cincinnati team. You will service and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, and heat pumps.

The role requires diagnosing issues, providing effective solutions, and communicating clearly with customers on-site. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, Universal EPA Certification, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Leadership skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Work independently and collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service.
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians.
