Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities.
• Must pass criminal background check and have good driving record.
• EPA Certification required; boiler experience preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations.
• Maintain records of work and report issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols and stay updated with industry practices.
