Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. in Ashland, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Level 3. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, controls, and hydronic systems.

Formación

• Five years of commercial HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school graduation preferred.
• Broad knowledge of larger commercial HVAC equipment and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Use service literature and technical resources to diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair air-cooled and water-cooled DX chillers and chillers controls.
• Work with chilled-water and hot-water piping, pumps, and VSDs.
• Service gas-fired and electric heating systems up to 100 tons.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DDC and VAV control systems.
• Keep dispatcher informed with job status updates and next-day plans.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas.
