Job summary
Advance Industrial Mechanical LLC. (AIM) seeks an experienced HVAC Technician for large commercial systems in Augusta, GA. You will diagnose, maintain and repair chillers, VRF, and cooling towers while supporting a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the field, EPA certification, and proven skills in airflow Evaluation and complex diagnostics. Expect hands-on work, training responsibilities, and opportunities for growth within AIM.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of large commercial HVAC systems.
- Expertise in advanced refrigeration, airflow evaluation and ductwork optimization.
- Ability to read complex schematics and manuals; mentor junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair large commercial HVAC systems including chillers and VRF.
- Perform preventive maintenance on cooling towers and ERVs.
- Troubleshoot energy-efficient systems to improve performance.
- Provide training and guidance to Level 1-3 Technicians.
- Ensure safety and compliance across assignments.
