5 Seasons Mechanical in Peachtree Corners, GA is actively seeking a full-time Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling units. This position locates and identifies problems in commercial building systems and creates a plan to execute necessary repairs. Do you have extensive knowledge and experience as an HVAC technician? QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

1. 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC
2. Knowledge about blueprints, schematics, and drawings
3. Knowledge about safety standards as well as OSHA and local requirements
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
5. Ability to have clearance for federal facilities
6. Ability to provide verifiable references
7. Valid driver's license and a good driving record
8. Must reside in GA during employment (relocation assistance negotiable)
