Brooks Mechanical, a family-owned company with over 200 years of combined industry experience, is expanding its team and looking for dedicated individuals to join our mission of delivering top-notch HVAC services across Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. —and we’re looking for an experienced, driven B2B sales professional to lead the charge in a designated territory.

What You’ll Do
· Own and grow a defined sales territory focused on preventative maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC systems
· Proactively generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, networking, social selling, and industry events
· Uncover customer challenges through discovery and communicate value-based solutions, not just price
· Conduct site visits, manage estimating and quoting, and present tailored maintenance proposals
· Close deals with confidence—and stay involved through follow-ups and contract renewals
· Build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders
· Consistently update CRM (Pipedrive) to track pipeline and sales activities
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years of B2B sales success, ideally in the commercial HVAC or facilities services sector
· Confident closer with a proven ability to sell solutions and build trust
· Experience in HVAC service estimating and/or project management is a big plus
· Strong territory development mindset—a hunter
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Familiarity with the regional market and existing book of contacts is a bonus
