Central Indiana Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing service department. Premium pay and excellent benefits accompany a role that values independence and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment.

Qualifications

• Not entry-level; requires experience with commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Able to diagnose problems across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls aspects.
• Capable of documenting work clearly and communicating findings to customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R and mechanical systems.
• Walk into mechanical rooms and understand how equipment operates together.
• Diagnose whether problems are mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, controls, or system-related.
• Take ownership of work and contribute to the growth of the service department.
