CloudKitchens in Santa Ana, CA is hiring for an HVAC/R & Facilities Maintenance role. The position involves hands-on maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems, site inspections, and coordination with vendors across multiple local sites.

Expect to travel between sites in the Greater Santa Ana Area, perform diagnostic work, and support new site openings. On-call overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Experience with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration (Walk-Ins)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites locally

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites
• Travel between multiple sites within the Greater Santa Ana Area
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work
• Use Building Management Systems to monitor performance and diagnose issues
