Job summary

Dynamic Air Solutions seeks a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain complex HVAC and refrigeration systems on commercial sites in the Nashville area. The role requires independence, safety compliance, and strong customer communication as you support mission-critical equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, EPA 608, and a valid license; familiarity with BAS, chillers, and boilers is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (universal preferred).
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license (state or local).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, and BAS controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers).
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control issues.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Service walk-in units, ice machines, and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Communicate findings and options to customers.
• Complete service tickets and reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites per OSHA/EPA rules.
