Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced technician to service and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment across Florida. You will troubleshoot and fix complex systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to ensure peak performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial refrigeration, strong diagnostic skills, and excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and EPA-related qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair experience.
• EPA certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently with strong communication with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Troubleshoot, repair, andmaintaincommercialHVAC/Requipment, includingsplit systems, package units,walkin coolers/freezers,reach in coolers/freezers,ice machines,etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensureoptimalsystem performance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently whilemaintainingstrong communicationwith dispatch and customers
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 + years ofcommercial refrigeration service and repair
• EPA or other relevant certifications are preferred but notrequired
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills
