Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred).
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk in coolers/freezers and ice machines.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC/R installation projects and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to schedule work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and regulations.
