Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial HVAC, a universal EPA license, and a valid driver’s license. The position may involve overtime and weekend hours, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC service and project work.
• Universal EPA license required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and start up HVAC equipment including pumps, RTUs, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service teams to complete projects.
• Maintain safety, budget, schedule, and quality on assigned projects.
• Communicate with customers and document daily work.
