Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project/Install Technician to execute HVAC projects for our top-tier clients, ranging from individual unit replacements to full system redesign.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC service and project work, a Universal EPA license, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime, night, and weekend hours may be required. Teamwork and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC service and project work.
• Must possess a Universal EPA license.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Planning, removal, installation, and start up of new HVAC equipment; to include pumps, RTUs, boilers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and terminal units (VAV/FPB).
• Be a great teammate to other like-minded individuals that have a passion for the service project environment.
• Follows safety procedures and performs JSAs on each projects.
• Reviews the job/component(s) assigned with a lead or supervisor to understand the details of the task(s).
• Maintain budget, stay on schedule, and ensure quality of projects.
