Job summary

Balance Point Heating is seeking analytical technicians with a commitment to precision and client satisfaction. The team member will interpret complex mechanical plans, lead installation efforts, train junior staff, and maintain high workmanship standards.

A valid driver’s license and thorough knowledge of HVAC systems are essential. We offer competitive pay with up to $45/hour for top commercial installers, a family-owned culture, and opportunities to gain additional NATE certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and work off mechanical plans.
• Provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice.
• Obtain tools to operate as a Journeyman Lead Installer.
• HVAC technical school is preferred.
• NATE certification is preferred (we provide the ability to gain certifications).
• Experience with almost all types of heating and cooling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Have acquired tools needed for Lead Installation Technician Position.
• Meet all physical demands of the position.
