Qualifications
- 8-10+ years representing borrowers, lenders, and commercial clients in sophisticated finance and commercial transactions
- Portable book of business is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, responsiveness, and client service skills
Responsibilities
- Represent borrowers and lenders in commercial finance and lending transactions
- Structure, negotiate, and document complex financing transactions and commercial agreements
- Advise clients on commercial transactions including supply, service, licensing, and other strategic agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence and advise on transaction risks and objectives
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide business-focused counsel
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to practice growth
