Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance to translate operating assumptions, delivery plans, and contract terms into decision-quality financial analysis. You’ll own front-end models and executive materials from initial evaluation through commercial close and project launch.

Ideal candidate brings advanced Excel modeling—cash flow, working capital, NPV/IRR, and sensitivity analyses—plus strong interpretation of financial statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; 4+ years of progressive experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, project finance, or related analytical role; travel ~5%.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present complex analysis to senior leaders.
• Proficient with advanced Excel modeling and integrated cash flow analyses.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains multi-year financial models for major pursuits and long-term agreements, including revenue, costs, working capital, and returns.
• Evaluates pricing and commercial structures, including escalation, payment timing, and cost pass-through provisions.
• Performs sensitivity, scenario, break-even, and downside analyses across key assumptions.
• Supports diligence and alignment between contract terms and financial models; prepares executive materials.
