Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience estimating vertical commercial construction.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, owners and architects.
• Detail oriented with strong estimating process knowledge.
• Experience with estimating software including takeoff and bid invitation tools (ProEst, Building Connected, Excel, Word, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from initial customer contact through final estimate.
• Support conceptual budgets, design progress budget iterations, price control and final pricing.
• Prepare final pricing and coordinate turnover to operations.
• Aid in project buy-out and groundwork for execution by the operations team.
