Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Estimator to lead commercial construction estimating from bid through contract execution, with emphasis on interior and retail tenant fit-outs. The role requires strong organization, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Hybrid work schedule; residence within 50 miles of the office is preferred. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in commercial construction and 8–10 years in estimating, with proficiency in Procore and MS Office programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction estimating with emphasis on interior tenant fit-outs.
• Strong ability to review drawings and bid documents and extract project requirements.
• Proficiency in developing schedules and using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive construction schedules.
• Develop and issue RFIs regarding drawings and bid documents.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors on scope, price and terms.
• Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors throughout the process.
• Communicate with team members and clients to keep projects on track.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office programs to support estimating and projects.
• Travel as required.
