Honour Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to join a Triad-based Commercial General Contractor team in Greensboro, NC. The candidate will work on ground-up and upfit/renovation bids, coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to ensure accurate estimates.

You will prepare budgets, update cost databases, and contribute to preconstruction efforts in a collaborative environment, leveraging strong market knowledge in the Greensboro region.

Qualifications

• Requires senior preconstruction/estimating experience.
• Experience in both ground-up and upfit/renovation bids.
• Able to work in a team and facilitate accurate estimates.
• Greensboro, NC market knowledge required.
• Prepare and analyze estimates with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare time, cost and labor estimates by analyzing drawings, specs and RFPs.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
• Analyze quotes to confirm scope and cost.
• Develop preliminary schedules for estimating and preconstruction.
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgets.
