Job summary

FabLogix is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the estimating department and own the commercial development of multi-million to multi-hundred-million proposals across data center, life science, and semiconductor markets. You will bridge estimating and leadership, driving strategy, pricing, and contract terms with in-house legal teams.

You will own client relationships throughout pursuit and contracting, establish standard bid tabs and tools, and ensure proposals are accurate,

• Lead and develop the estimating department with staffing and performance management.
• Establish estimating standards and timelines for competitive proposals.
• Maintain standard bid tab and estimating tools across proposals.
• Build team capability to support growing proposal pipeline.
• Conduct bid reviews and present to President with commercial risk.
• Coordinate input from engineering, procurement, and quality for proposals.
