Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical construction or related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical work and project flow.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all commercial electrical operations.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability goals.
• Own financial performance, budgets, and forecasting.
• Manage and develop a team of PMs, estimators, designers, and superintendents.
• Build strong relationships with customers, GCs, and internal teams.
• Drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and team capacity.
• Support and promote Dave Jones safety culture and core values.
