The role focuses on delivering excellence in customer service, coordinating technical details, preparing submittals, and maintaining project files. Candidates should have 5+ years in the door/frames/hardware industry and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of door, frame and hardware industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Moderate computer skills; Comsense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input project data and manage information flow (specifications, plans, transmittals, purchase orders, change orders).
• Prepare shop drawings, submittals, and schedules for doors, frames and hardware using manufacturer catalogs and software.
• Obtain quotes from material suppliers/subcontractors and coordinate site meetings when needed.
