Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and credit metrics.
• Emerging proficiency with negotiating legal documentation and structuring transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Focus on transaction execution and portfolio management, partnering with senior team members.
• Underwrite new requests and material modifications from deal screen through approval and life of loan.
• Manage ongoing credit risk via CCM activities, including annual reviews and covenant monitoring.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, appraisals, and industry data to support credit decisions.
• Prepare credit analyses with risk ratings, mitigants, and industry trends.
• Develop structure recommendations based on base, upside, and downside cases.
• Collaborate with RMs to maintain timely and accurate risk ratings and spreads.
