Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting with strong analytical foundation.
• Experience in financial and risk analysis and financial-model development.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Managers in credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks.
• Draft documentation and prepare for credit reviews.
• Complete indicative credit information in banking systems.
• Prepare risk-rating scorecards and tickler event analyses.
• Develop risk models and advise Portfolio Managers of obstacles.
• Identify monitoring analysis activities and verify covenant updates.
• Monitor covenant completion and track past-due or non-compliant covenants.
• Assess covenant compliance reporting and review compliance certificates.
• Update financial covenants and calculations.
• Run Probability of Default models and risk/projection models with oversight.
• Evaluate completed spreads and recommend portfolio actions.
• Prepare ALSR reports.
• Complete underwriting processes with limited oversight.
• Create and complete CAMs.
• Review renewals for deals of limited complexity.
• Conduct portfolio analysis and develop Portfolio Reviews for client meetings.
• Support Portfolio Managers and special projects.
• Resolve deficiencies and elevate questions or disputes when necessary.
• May assist with training new employees and work on special projects
