You will oversee credit policy execution and the overall quality of the Commercial Banking and Middle Market lending portfolio, guiding risk assessment through underwriting and approvals. • Education: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role. (Required)
• Experience: 10 or more years Commercial Credit and underwriting. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to the business line and partners with Lending Teams, Specials Assets and Credit Underwriting.
• Manages local credit policies, risk testing of the portfolio and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participates in Senior Loan Committee and monitors portfolio risk, mitigation, and growth strategies.
