Qualifications

• In lieu of degree, combined minimum 11 years’ higher education and work experience, to include 7 years’ experience in complex credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new requests and material modifications from deal screen through approval.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk and perform CCM activities including annual reviews and covenant monitoring.
• Prepare independent credit analyses with risk ratings and mitigants for commercial deals.
• Propose loan structures and terms based on risk analysis and scenarios.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and risk officers throughout the deal process.
