Qualifications

• Active license to practice law with significant negotiation experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into pragmatic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Structure strategic transactions and manage legal/commercial risk.
• Collaborate with Procurement to streamline supplier contracting.
• Draft and negotiate key vendor agreements; address ongoing obligations.
• Provide clear business-focused legal guidance highlighting risks and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate with tax, IP, data privacy, and cybersecurity experts.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes including AI use.
