  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting commercial contracts and procurement. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and training. Identify and assess potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales teams. Provide clear and concise legal advice to internal clients. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

  • Experience with procurement and supply chain legal issues is highly desirable.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical legal advice.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and contract management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen.
