Premier, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel II – Commercial Contracts to support the technology and consulting divisions and other projects.

You will draft, negotiate, review and approve master services agreements, software licenses, information security, data use, and consulting agreements, advising business partners on regulatory issues. Working under senior counsel, you will lead complex transactions, ensure timely guidance, and train teams on healthcare regulations and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable experience in corporate contracting and transactional work.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active member of a state bar.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and amendments prior to execution by management.
• Provide counsel on contractual and regulatory issues to business unit leadership.
• Research legal issues and stay current with regulatory guidance and case law.
• Assist senior counsel with transactional matters and special projects.
