Job summary

Babich & Associates seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent / Foreman to lead day-to-day field execution on commercial projects in the DFW area. The role is hands-on, organized, safety-focused, and coordinates multiple trades on active job sites.

Responsibilities include site supervision, directing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and coordinating logistics while working closely with the Project Manager to ensure on-time, safe, and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with construction field software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, PlanGrid, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site supervision, safety, quality, and field coordination.
• Direct subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field crews.
• Maintain short-term schedules, look-aheads, and daily progress tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries, site access, staging, and job-site logistics.
• Review plans and specifications and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on schedule, cost, and project execution.
• Maintain daily reports, documentation, punch lists, and closeout items.
• Communicate with owners, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
