Job summary

Pacific Ridge Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field execution of commercial construction projects in the Bay Area.

You will collaborate with the General Superintendent and Project Managers to maintain schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring safety and compliance. This full-time role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, strong knowledge of building systems, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and design

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Experience in the Bay Area commercial markets.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of the project plan with PM and GC.
• Organize site logistics, safety, and signage.
• Publish and maintain weekly project schedules.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and plans.
• Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors and clients.
• Develop and enforce the site safety plan and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage scope/schedule changes and project close-outs.
